These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Tenora website and booking platform, and your relationship with Tenora Strategies, LLC ("Tenora," "we," "us"), operating in San Antonio, Texas. By using this website or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our services
Tenora provides laser hair removal and laser tattoo removal services. These are medical procedures performed under the delegation and oversight of [Dr. Barnwell / Physician Name], Texas Medical License #[LICENSE NUMBER]. Services are provided by trained staff acting within the scope of that physician delegation and applicable Texas licensing rules.
2. Eligibility

4. Scheduling, cancellations, and no-shows

Laser hair removal and laser tattoo removal carry inherent risks, including but not limited to burns, pigment changes, scarring, and variable results. Prior to treatment, you will be asked to review and sign a separate informed consent form describing risks specific to your treatment. Nothing on this website substitutes for that consent process.
7. Intellectual property
All text, images, graphics, and other content on this website are owned by or licensed to Tenora and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our prior written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tenora and its owners, officers, employees, and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Texas law, including liability for gross negligence in the provision of medical services.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Bexar County, Texas.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
